Estimates, not guarantees

Commute times, price ranges, and other figures are estimates built from public data sources, refreshed periodically. They are not a guarantee for any individual property or journey — always verify specifics independently before making a decision as significant as where you live.

Our rankings

We do not accept payment from any individual, agent, developer, or business to influence how an area ranks in your results. Rankings reflect only how well an area matches the preferences you provide.

Reviews you submit

By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience.
We do not edit or filter reviews based on the rating given, and we do not pay for or otherwise incentivise positive reviews.
We may remove a review only where it is spam, unrelated to a genuine experience of the service, or unlawful — never on the basis of sentiment.
You retain ownership of your review content; by submitting it you grant us a licence to publish it on the site.
