Finding your next home is really difficult right now, especially with high property prices and rents. We've felt that pain and we wanted to do something to help. We're not ex-estate agents or a property company. We're just some people from the tech sector who got frustrated about how difficult it is to find new areas to live and decided to do something about it.
Property search sites always assume you know the best place to look when you start searching for a bigger place to live, or need to move for work or studies. But not everyone knows the best starting point. Most people rely on family & friends for recommendations, or just drive around to physically check out areas. Sometimes the most obvious places are financially out of reach, but there are often great alternatives we just don't know about yet.
This is a passion project and our aim is to make this service the best possible experience for everyone who's looking to move house and just doesn't know where to start. We've only just begun and this will be a learning process as we build out our search algorithm and refine the process. We want to find out how to make it more useful and accurate, so if you have any ideas or suggestions, please reach out to us and let us know how we can make it as easy as possible to find out "Where To Live".
